  2. You say yes, I build it

    I finish the whole site, put in your real details and photos, and connect it to your domain.

  3. I keep it running

    Hosting, security and upkeep are on me. Need something changed? Email me and it gets done.

Sites by Silas is one person in San Diego, not an agency. You deal with me directly, by email or phone, and I'm happy to meet in person if you'd rather talk it through face to face.

I'm a California native with a background in marketing, coding and design. Most ways of getting a website are confusing and more complicated than they need to be, so I offer a simple one: I build it, I look after it, and you pay one flat price.

Common questions

I got an email from you with a homepage design. What is it?

It's a design concept I made to show what your site could look like. It is not your live website and nobody else has the link. If you're not interested, reply "no" and I won't email you again.

Do I keep my domain name?

Yes. Your domain stays registered to you. I only point it at the new site.

What counts as a small change?

Anything that takes me under half an hour: new hours, a swapped photo, updated wording, a new phone number. For bigger jobs, like a new page, I'll give you a price first.
